All products sold by Rhys Universe are digital downloads. Because digital products are delivered instantly after purchase, all sales are final.
Refunds
Refunds are generally not provided after a digital product has been downloaded or accessed.
However, if:

- You did not receive your download,
- The file is corrupted or cannot be accessed,
- Or there is another technical issue on our side,
